Yes it's true onMousedown work if you don't need multi touch you can keep using that

You must use mecanim That's really simple & powerfull set the transition between animations Use another anim in your rigged character and much more Http://www.unity3d.com/unity/animation

I had the same issue... In your scene click on a mesh or train and then in Window tabs select navigation... Now u can see navigation layout beside the inspector... Just in bake tab of navigation click...

I suggest your graphic card driver isn't installed probably

in my project I use this and its perfect and full screen create a scene and then a GUI texture in inspector select your GUI texture (Your image) then in transform scale all X,Y,Z to 1 and make this...
